I had the honor of working with John Hamilton for 20 some years. I meet John Hamilton when he was a VP at Heilig – Meyers. What I liked most about John Hamilton, he was direct. He always took issues head on. You always knew where he stood. Whether I was working on a project for John or he was advising me on an employee concern, he was always decisive. He was also personable, he would catch me in the hall way or stop by my cube and inquire about my mother’s health his famous question was “How’s Mom”. I have a great deal of respect for John Hamilton. I offer my sincere condolence to John Hamilton family.
